When will I receive my order? 

Shipped boxes can be expected anywhere between 5-10 business days.  If you require a rush order please use the contact form prior to your purchase.  Orders can also be picked up in Little Smoky, please email to set up a pick-up date and time.

 

Do you deliver and what is the delivery fee?

Free local delivery is available within 50 km of Little Smoky, AB.  Please email to set up a delivery date and time.

 

Can I choose the items that go into my gift box?

Yes, you are able to customize all of our gift boxes. Use our Contact form or email info@littlesmokygiftco.ca with your request.

 

What is your return policy?

All gift box and basket orders, as well as the reset. subscription boxes, are final sale and are non-refundable. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on individual products unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@littlesmokygiftco.ca with details of the product and the defect, or bring it to our physical location. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will examine it and notify you whether you are entitled to a store credit or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or store credit, we will replace the product or issue you a store credit for the value of the purchase price of the item.  

 

I am a Canadian maker/small business owner and would like to have my products featured in Little Smoky Gift Co.'s gift sets, how do I go about that?

We love finding new brands and products to include in our gift boxes and online store! Please use the Contact Form to send us info about your business and product(s), along with all wholesale information (MOQ's, lead times, line sheets, etc.)  We look forward to hearing from you!
